Shipping Information
At Before I Do, many of our pieces are made to order, personalised, or produced in small batches. Because of this, shipping timeframes include both production time and delivery time.
Processing and Production Time
Most orders require 4–8 weeks to produce before they are dispatched.
This timeframe covers the production of each unique item in your order (for example: printing, finishing, and any customisation), plus the preparation and packing of your order for dispatch.
- If your order contains multiple items, your dispatch date is based on the item with the longest production time.
- During peak wedding periods and public holiday seasons, production timeframes may extend slightly.
Timeline Estimates and Updates
Once your design and order are confirmed, we will provide a timeline estimate with an expected dispatch ETA prior to production commencing.
You will also be notified when your item/s are complete and ready to be dispatched.
Shipping Timeframes
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are typically:
- Australia (Australia Post): 3–10 business days from dispatch
- New Zealand: up to 30 days from dispatch
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and may vary due to carrier delays, seasonal demand, weather events, or factors outside our control.
Shipping Notifications and Tracking
Where available, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Urgent Orders
If you have a deadline (for example, an upcoming wedding date), we strongly recommend ordering as early as possible. If you’re unsure whether your timing will work, get in touch before ordering and we’ll do our best to advise on suitability.
Address Details
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be required to cover the cost of reshipping.
